You have those working on linux? See the thing with linux is that everyone has different distros, different hardware, different versions of software. Its really hard to replicate something like getting these games to work. Especially with state of the art hardware like a radeon 5970. I just don't have the time to mess with it all. I settle for window's ease of use and their support for gaming. If only linux could be the same

Yeah, even if you can get a game to work that doesn't mean you can play on it's highest graphics settings. It is a major buzzkill to go through hours of configuring a game to work, and then realize you can only play on low - medium settings because your framerate is so low due to WINE and such.
