hmmm I'm not sure how this comparison even works.

I will head down to the bitcoin drive-thru and ask them for a supersized big mac and fries. Then I will head down to the McDonalds drive-thru and ask them for a supersized bitcoin and fries. See how pointless this comparison is now?

A very large number of people invest in Bitcoin. I do not know if it can be compared. BTC is an asset and McDonalds is a company. Very long acting.

What exactly does this has to do with bitcoin? Nice article OP but it's just so unfortunate to know  that it won't work that way you have stated it or viewed it because  emotions either good or bad  are part of human make up. No human being is born without emotions, infact, this is what makes us a living thing so we can't get rid if it totally but on the issue of trading emotions can be put in control by not acting on it.

You are right, we cannot compare between company of foods and digital assets as this really have a big difference. Anyway, still it will be nice to add it as new knowledge about market cap and it's good to know that bitcoin already have this big market cap.

You can't directly compare the McDonald's share to Bitcoin. Because the vast majority of the McDonald's shares are held by the promoters and they are not free-float. The volume of shares available for trading is much lower than the total supply. That is not the case with BTC.
