Smart algorithms will provide the recommended playlist ranging from music to audiobooks and weather channels. History user data will taken into considerations for such recommendation algorithms. For example, based on users’ history that a lot of countries music have been listened to, a list of new country music that this user has not listened before will be pushed up to recommended playlist for this user. The algorithm will also get to know the user well enough and find more correlation
between users sex, age, ethnicity, music, audio, and draw more insights on the personal portraits of the user, so that the algorithm will help users discover more interesting contents that the user has never experienced before.

The DACC Foundation is intended to be an independent and not-for-profit organization that maintains and facilitates the democratic governance of the DACC for all members. The Foundation will consist of 3 Directors. These Directors will be scrutinized and selected strictly upon their merits and reputation within their respective industries. Key decision making with respect to the operations and applications of the DACC will be determined by majority vote of the Foundation only.
