This recovery is impulsed by only one thing and that is the decision of the SEC, if the SEC gives a positive decision then this recovery is going to keep going for sometime but if that does not happen you can be sure that the small recovery we are seeing will disappear, that is why we need to keep our eyes open that what it is going to happen in the future regarding this decision, I really hope the SEC gives us a positive decision but I'm not so sure it is going to happen.
In this couple says price raised and dropped, so question from op doesn't have much sense. Fluctuations that bitcoins price make are normal, price rise and drop in same day for 10 or more percents sometimes, if you don't earn from that at least get use to them.
Good news always push price up, it's because of the demand, with good news more investors dare to purchase bitcoins and that raised demand pushing the price up, it's vice versa when bad news affect investors and demand is going down and price follows.
Bitcoin price will rise and drop again and again, there isn't end of that, maybe in future we will see stable price, but that is questionable.
