Will it be a good idea to move all our funds out of their exchange, just in case. The accounts get freeze for investigation?

Kid,it was already considered. Check the forum,btc-e won't be shut down,don't speculate.
Btc-e have nothing to do with russian laws,they are also not russian based...

I know I am discussing this on a different thread at the moment. It can be shut down. IF the Russian really want to get them.

Not a good news...

Actually the news made a new turn today. The Russian Government site was hacked. And they have confirmed that they are not investigating BTC-e. Or did they paid them off??  Grin Who knows.
