JAXX Wallet ETC was gone

Hi All,

I'm already in contact with JAXX support but until now no luck, my JAXX wallet for IOS gets crazy all my ETC and Transaction History was gone, balance is now 0 and the transaction history is like doesn't exists.
has some one had this problem before?

Try to reinstall application maybe. Problem is you probably downloaded malicious application that stole your crypto from smartphone :/.
Noone should store more than change on smarthphones, its not secure enviroment.

1. Save your 12-word seed before deleting/editing anything.
2. Reinstall/update your wallet "some old versions give fake balance."
3. Waiting for a certain amount "wallet connected to not synced nodes."
4. contact support team using https://twitter.com/jaxx_io or  https://twitter.com/Jaxx_Support
Try all solutions and if it didn’t succeed, import your 12-words seed into any wallet.

same problem    80 etc  not showing    i use this jaxx for months now.    i have imported the phrase to exodus  all ok only  etc  not showing   same thing.

not even the private key is showing in jaxx.  but the address is 100 % from the same phrase.
i can still see the etc on my mining adress  but dont have key. only jaxx phrase.

could it be that the network hast problems ?

I am facing same problem:
1/ all ETC balance was loss
2/ The address that i store my ETC was disappear
3/ No transaction history
already send ticket to Jaxx support. waiting for their replying.

Support already inform me they have some disturbs in ETC, they are working on... lets wait...

Personally I do not use their service as seen some warning reviews from customer/users in their app's review section means I have to choose alternative one,most of the cases these online based wallet is not the final solution,better to have hardware wallet,hope you will back your coins

Additionally, you connect to there server. I remember when the BCH fork was about to happen and they shut down the Bitcoin wallet access as a safety precaution, which I understand, but I don't like the fact that they locked me out of my own funds. It wasn't much since I store my crypto elsewhere, but it was an eye opening experience as a Jaxx user.
