Is no one paying attention? In essence the Icelandic government is now helping its citizens get AUR! It's government endorsement of a crypto currency!

Oh look - AUR was legitimate like I said from the start.
People tend to be afraid of new technology when they do not understand it.

http://en.island.is/about-island-is/
^^^^ THIS is the OFFICIAL government site.

https://innskraning.island.is/?id=auroracoin.org
^^^ AUR is on it. I don't even own AUR right now but I am very impressed.

http://en.island.is/about-island-is/
What is island.is?
island.is is one of the main tasks in the project Iceland the e-Nation, the Icelandic Government's policy for the information society 2008–12. The policy states: “An overview of online public services shall be available at www.island.is, which shall serve as an Internet centre, i.e. one site that gives access to information and services from any public body”

If people see absolutely no value in the Icelandic government embracing Auroracoin then what hope is there for crypto in general?

The Icelandic government is not embracing Auroracoin, although they let us use their authentication system.

I understand balduro not trying to mislead anyone but basically they no longer view it as a scam? Governments don't just open up their websites to just anyone and this is exciting in itself.

CRYPTOCURRENCY "THE ALT-ERNATIVE" REFERENCE BOOK

I have written the two preliminary pages for Auroracoin AUR.  I need help from the Auroracoin Community in order fully complete it (Specification section - when did the block reward go from 25 to 12.5???).  I want important points included.  Any further suggestions are welcome.  Please consider donating towards the future publication of the book.  I expect it to be published in the summer.

Don't get the wrong idea about this govt. run authentication system. Our permission to use it is in no way a stamp of approval by the government.

Hi Balduro,

I think the pump is most related with your return (writing here). The government news help a little. That's what I feel.

If your current government and politicians educate the citizens, ( means the pros, the cons, the risks, how to use, etc), could help them to win future elections and re-catch the attention of the world.

Unfortunately I don't hold AUR at this moment, but I will reconsider buy back if you write with a little more frequency than last weeks.
