Is there a section on bitcointalk forum which targets blockchain or Dapp developers only???
If not, can i know platforms for such discussions.

Explore other section in this forum like Alternative Clients, Developmental and Technical Discussion, and Project Development. These are the related sections you can get so far. These are also the thread which can add a lot of knowledge in our brain lol Cheesy

Note that the boards mentioned above are primarily focused on Bitcoin though.

So while the discussion of general technical concepts that relate to Bitcoin is OK and some leeway regarding the technical discussion of alts appears to be given, full-on discussion of alt coin projects will likely get your thread moved to the alt coin boards.
