Version 0.6 has been released.
....

Great job!
v0.6 is stable for last 24 hours. Real 5-10% hashrate improvements of 144_5 algo with the same power consumption as v0.5.
For example Titan V:
119 Sol/s - (185-190)W - v0.6
112 Sol/s - (185-190)W - v0.5

BTC   Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System   BTC
A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone.

why allow people to put 0 dev fee and possibly make you no money for your hard work, which we all appreciate?

A coffin has no pockets...  Wink

Do I understand this as you're ending development?
No, he is saying that they can keep that money for themselves only till they die. And eventuly we all will. The rich and the poor also. The only equality in this world is death, it's the same for everyone.

Sorry for this off. Smiley

You're right, but most all of us need money for bills and such and there's nothing wrong with being paid for work.

My reply was in the hope there's nothing wrong with his health; referring to not being able to take it with him.

Is there any efficiency or speed benefits in the different CUDA versions? the latest NVIDIA drivers added support for CUDA 10. Does this affect mining applications?

SO CRAZY!

The rig with 4 x 1080Ti and 6 x 1070 from 535 sols/s (EWBF v0.5) jumped to 600 sols/s (EWBF v0.6)!

1080Ti delivers now 78 to 82 sols/s and 1070 has 44 to 49 sols/s.

Good job, man!

What TDP and overclock do you set to get 82 on gtx 1080 ti?

Don't know has anyone reported. But there is a problem. Miner mines but nothing is shown on the pool. Rig just disappears. Caught it several times with different rigs. Zergpool on 144_5 algo.
Not sure whether it is pool or miner or pool/miner fault.

The miner continues to work as long as the connection to the pool is alive, otherwise the devfee will be stopped, and the miner will try to restore connection with the pool. I'll connect my rig to Zergpool to see the situation.
Any news? I'm constantly having this issue. Tried different rigs - all continue to mine but disappear from wallet info.
I made crutches to restart miner every hour but it's not real solution.

I can run my EVGA 1070 FTW's at 80% pwr and avg 48 sol/s but profit is higher when i run them at 50% pwr averaging 43 sol/s

NVIDIA driver v396.24.10

clockOffset = 100 and memoryOffset = 1000 @ PL=220 W for 1080Ti

1070Ti with EWBF v0.6 delivers now 49 to 55 sols/s
clockOffset = 200 and memoryOffset = 1200 @ PL=120 W for 1070Ti
efficiency = 0.45 Sol/Ws

Does v0.6 have any improvements over v0.5 for Aion in particular?

Edit: I'm getting close to a 10% increase in Sol/s with v0.6 and 1080TI

Awsome EWBF,  I finally have v0.5 stable, I'm very happy with it.  I almost don't want to upgrade to v0.6.  I don't mind paying the dev fee.  Good work deserves a reward.   Thankyou.

Which is your 1080ti model? You did great job with mem + 1000. Are they stable with mem + 1000?

I'm getting close to a 15% increase in Sol/s with v0.6 and MSI GTX1080Gaming X+, core + 170MHz, memory +250MHz, Cuda p2state - off, PL - 69% (150W). Win10x64, GF 411.70
With EWBF's Miner 0.5 was 52-54sol, and now with v.0.6 I have 60-62Sol).
Nice work EWBF!

Thanks! Could you tell power consumption at each algo? Looks 2080ti performance not so far from 1080ti. So wattage is critical. For example 1080ti gives 80 Sol/s at 240W

Wow that's very disappointing. Just 88 Sol/s for 2080ti with 144_5? I already get now 80 Sol/s with 1080ti at full power. That's just 10% increase for nearly double the money for the new GPU. Bummer.
Perhaps EWBF_ can do some magic with new code optimizations or perhaps using Tensor Cores or RT Cores for mining too - if that's possible in any way I don't know. Otherwise Turing will be a big flop for us miners Sad
