I'm fairly well versed in CPU mining and have my farm on this right now.  I should be averaging a block every 3.4 minutes, but have none so far since we hit pad blocks.

Is anyone using shared wallets for mining?  mine *should* be working fine but don't appear to be

Alternatively, if someone has mined a block already and can send a very small amount to RBbzp1ZdGyajhuqRQxKzYsFNQZ8zuEzDfQ so that I can check my setup, I will return it with interest as soon as I mine a block!
NEVERMIND, I have my first block now

Donate some for the poor?

No but seriously, wallet won't sync even with all the nodes added.
I even checked if the nodes were added by going into debug and trying to add them manually.
I guess it will sync EVENTUALLY, but untill then I'll get nothing :/

When I get average time to block as 800000, is that in seconds? Like 222 days?

800000 / 60 / 60 / 24 = 9 days,
If it's in seconds?

we could do a manual pool, point our miners to some escrow guy, then distribute every day or something Wink

does setgenerate in wallet be set as true or false ?
depends whether you are connecting the external cpuminer to it.  If you are then set the wallet to setgenerate false, otherwise set it to true so you mine from within the wallet (apparently slower)

the problem with this is knowing how much effort each miner is doing, i.e. if I connect 10 and you connect 1 we wouldn't know that i need 10x the payout of you.

we need a good dev to create pool software.  I'm waiting for xolo (ala beeeer.org) to come online and will ask him

official windows binaries can be found at https://sourceforge.net/projects/riecoin/files/riecoin%200.8.6/?
I'll update both riecoin.org and riecoin.biz now

Why does the official wallet not have the logo and instead looks like a cloned btc wallet?

Well at least I have an address now! RDVyzSTbdyXFV71crsX4i5FiuekTPLvrNA   Huzzah!
