Not everyone but maybe 70% to 85% of all the investors and holders. Why I said that because there are many professional traders and brokers around and they might have read the outcome of cryptocurrencies this year and sold all of their coins before the crash happened. They might also lost some but I'm sure that their gains still dominates.

The bad thing however, is that a lot of people in the space trade with little or no knowledge, and for a bear market, that would be the worst for them to ever trade.

Most of the people really lose their money when the market is down. You can easily avoid these losses if you stop trading for some time, hold your cryptos and wait.

Yes and no. If you think about most of the people loses their money when the market is down then it is right. But think about when you have coins which you purchased at lower cost than even if the market down then you are in profit. If you purchase Bitcoin at the rate of 6500$ then now you sure in profit. Because now at the moment bitcoin goes over 7000$. But the market is still down. Unless it goes over 12000$ we can’t say that it going up.

Market cannot be down forever and it won’t be up forever as it is all these changes in the market between an uptrend and a downtrend that makes it what it is. If the market does not go down, it won't bring any chance to buy lower and if it does not go up, there would not be any chance to sell higher, so trading the fluctuations will not be possible.

Those who lose in a down market are those who do not have any trading knowledge at all and all they do is gamble, which makes them to actually be buying at a higher price, thinking they are buying lower, in the middle of a market that is being dumped.

This is right if you sell your coins when the market is down. But if you're still holding it, then no worries. Market price will recovers. We just can't tell when it gonna happens but for sure it will. Just stay calm, relax and hold your coins until the market price becomes stable.

It will depend upon the person what they are doing whether buying/selling . Because if you are buying when market is down then you will make money if not immediately but in coming time. But if you are selling when it is down and bought when market was high then yes you will end up in loss.

I think yes, iam also loss much money. I did some mistake in trading, when the price of crypto going down more than 50% i use new money to buy more coins but the price keep down. I did not use stop loss because iam was believe the price will going up. But i will not loss until i sell all that my coins, so now i wait for next bullish of crypto.

Except you are going long and buying the dips with few funds after another, trying to buy the dips as a trader is one silly mistake to ever make as you will be left frustrated and hanging if the market decides to keep going lower and you have completely run out of funds.
You should always have a good strategy before entering any trade and should as well have all it takes to make good calls when it comes to stopping loss and looking forward to buying back lower. Without this knowledge, you are going to be picking huge loss eventually.

For me not everyone loses when the market is down cause if you are a pro in trading or in the crypto market then you know how to earn already even when the market is down. There are many ways on how you can earn even the market is down or not.

I don't agree with that.
At the moment the market is down in theory you are in loss but if you wait long enough you can turn that into your favour. And of course everything depends on the price you got your Bitcoins.
Anyway, if you are smart and patient enough, if you have learned to read the signs on the market you can make profit even when the market is down.

It all depends on how will see loss.  Some would say that as long as you have not sold your coin,  regardless of the price of your coin in the market,  you have not make any loss.  Some would argue otherwise and say you made loss if your coin are selling below your entry price in fiat!  You just need to pick trading school of thought that works for you and plan around it to maximises your chances!

Not everyone, people who doesn't analyze the market will encounter loss. In detail on analysis it is possible to find whether the price fall will continue or will get stopped. Based on this it is good to go with further buying or selling, this way can stay away from losses even when the market is down. Other options were trading and holding for the price pump.

The bearish showing of the market for major part of the year is alarming and worth noting. How could one explain the rationale behind the peak price of $19000  in 2017 only for the  bitcoin to be at the lowest point compare for some years  ago. The market value is not helping  anybody as the price will climb today and fall the next minutes. Bitcoin has tried to maintain $6000 and has been trading above the support level at $6087. If bitcoin has any issue and the market drops the same effect will happen to the altcoins to drops in value .

Those people who sell their coins at the lowest price are just new traders in the market since they did not have the good knowledge and they tend to sell their coins at the lowest price which makes them lose a huge amount of their investments.

Everyone loses money if they chose to make panic selling during the market is down.But if we will be patient in waiting for the market condition to make a good increase,then we will gain profits instead of losing them.But i really admire those people who really knows how to gain profits even when the market is totally down.
