the main thing is that it was something different from the telegram. so that it was not a typical telegram clone. it is important that what they created was unique and inimitable. then people will be interesting.

there's nothing wrong with taking all the advantages into account and combine it with own unique features. that's the best way i think.

btw, the messenger will be developed only if more than 15M raised, it's pretty much. don't sure that the messenger is so essential for the project.

they aren't going to compete, they'll integreate into them instead. setting a conversion rate is the main requirement.

To truly give charity, you must be free of selfishness. Not everyone is lucky enough to have lots of toys or warm clothes for winter. Sometimes people simply can’t find the job to earn enough money. Others are sick, disabled or elderly and can’t get around on their own. These are the cases when charity helps.

How does this project go around the regulation laws? The charity fund has to report all donations, they need at least some documentation and crypto might cause issues.
On top of that, many donate to charities for the tax deduction purposes The lack of any proof might scare away potential benefactors, since these donations wont count.

I can answer the last one. The project does provide some sort of a proof of charity, so it can be used for taxes. Read the damn WP, it has plenty of answers
