What power supply in stock can run 5 280xs?!

I was looking at the 1600w Hercules thats the only available powersupply with high enough watts i can find, but everyone telling my the quality is bad.. i also seen on reddit someone using it to power on 6 280xs and hes doing it successfully.
so if i only do 5 will it work for a long time?

seeing as i wont be getting lepas because theyre sold out everywhere...

any help please

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

For our 5x 280x rigs, here are our power numbers:

At stock volts (1.13), our rig pulled ~1450W.
After undervolting (1.01), we pulled ~1250W.

You don't need a 1600W. You can get away with a 1500W. We use 2x 750W Rosewill Capstone, and they work wonderfully.

Two smaller PSUs are usually cheaper than one large one; We got our two for $100/each.
