I think NEO/ EOS/ ETH/ BTC are good investment during this dip. It's because this are good tokens with good potential in the future. Lately, this platform tokens are getting a lot of attention since more and more investors are investing on it. Especially EOS currently went live.

better to buy on ethereum and neo, for other altcoin. I chose on Waves, there, trx. PRL may also be very good. I have not enough information about PRL / KMD / ZIL / SIA, but I think Neo, EOS, Eth, Btc, IOTA, LTC and Stratis can be good selections, according to their current prices.

If you are so confused about investing in any coin then my suggestion is to diversify your money into two or more coins which will give you good profits with less risk in future. ETH is a very good choice to invest your money as it has great potential to give huge returns in long run. You must not overlook the main crypto btc which is most profitable coin in the market.So divide among them.

Of the coins you offer, as an alternative to Ethereum, I do not have in my wallet. I can't advise you. But I can tell you what I did these days. I bought another Ethereum and Ethereum classic. I think this is a reliable coin price which is very cheap and profitable.

Why don't you just buy 5 or 10 altcoins so that i can recommend to you the top 20 of the market cap coins. Yet, it is unknown to me to when is the price of those top 20 coins will going to rise due to this dip of Bitcoin. If this dip will ever stop and just step a little bit and break that resistance that we are long awaited for we could have earn a good profit from those top coins.

The most stable way of long-hold is to invest the most part in the altcoins you proposed, from the top 10. And a small part, 20 percent of the deposit, in young coins capable of giving a sharp growth.

For me, the best buy during this hard dip are those coins that have already reached higher all time high records. In other words, choose those solid coins that incurred the biggest loss, and yet you are very confident will rise back. There is a bigger profit with this strategy. For sure, these coins will go back to their all time high records and break them. Once it happens, you have already made a good wealth out of this severe dip. The coins you've mentioned are good options as well.

I think there's always the possibility that the coins will dip even more. It's always a good idea to practice dollar cost averaging to minimise impact/maximise value of such fluctuations

I think it is good and more profitable to buy in deep because the price will be lower and it would have increased by the time you decide to sell the coin, though it is good to buy and hold as the price might dip more but it will rise when the market recover from the deep.
