I believe it depends on the scale of the business you are about to operate like how large is your target market with regards to your budget, 5k usd should be a decent one i think more than that you should expect better plans and results.

I hardly think that Fiverr is exactly the best place to go to organize a business and figure out what you're going to do with one. Real plans take a lot more than five bucks, because they're more than generalized templates that look pretty and more of plans that are unique and carefully designed - plus, they'll net you more than the five dollars that you're saying.

You're comparing apples to oranges. If the OP's plan is actually solid, then it'd be worth a helluva lot more than $5 - but I doubt that he'll be able to provide proof and convince someone that it's worth the money.

What I understood to what he is saying is that how much would you pay for a well detailed ICO project. He probably is creating ICO plan, including the whitepaper and all he is offering is the buying can get funds through it.  He says "ICO brokerage" some people may interpret as "ICO scam" which means he only have the idea. No team but only an ICO plan.

Sorry to be harsh but if OP is posting like this, then he has two issues. The first, that he doesn't know the market rate for proposal writing (the closest it could get to business plan writing). The second is that you can't sell "solid business plans" as a product.

The service is proposal writing, ie. Writing a narrative for an existing business plan, laying out a structure into comprehensible wording that effectively communicates the business idea.

The true service behind that is the consultancy or advice to help the business get to that stage of "solid plan".

In other words, you can't make a plan solid if it isn't already, not unless you fabricate aspects of it.

This is how i do understood on whats OP is trying to offer here which he do give out solid business plan but he already mentioned about ICO brokerage which my first impression would really be not as good. For potential project owners or developers cost would vary depending on how this idea would be effective on the current situation on the market.Or they would rather simply getting out some ideas on their own. Its has being mentioned above for some sites when it comes to project ideas. Cost will vary on how good it would be.
