Scam ICO name with fake team: xeonframe ( no SSL certificate on site)

Website : http://xeonframe.net/

Archive : http://archive.is/6nOAF

Team archive :

1)      http://archive.is/34Imm

2)      http://archive.is/peFEA

Bounty thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3963215.0   ( Manager :  Wapinter )

ANN thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3873411

Main reason to say scam for fake team members picture.  Their team is not existing and they chose from google. Most of team member is fake. They just use linkedin logo but there is no any profile link. I will describe below those I have strong evidence.

Look at the picture below I have marked & and check name too.

Point one : NORMAN OSAMU( FAKE) =Jason Chen ( Real)

Proof link : http://imperialholdingscompanies.com/index.php/our-team/

Point two : JETT JAXSON( FAKE) =Melissa Li ( real )

Proof link : https://www.linkedin.com/in/melissa-li-009805159

I believe that’s enough proof to say scam.  Be aware from such as ICO those have question mark.

Edit : 31-06-2018

May be many people got reg taged due to promote knowing scam ICO.  So stop promoting now...

I've started handing out negative trust to anyone still posting in the bounty thread and advertising Xeonframe.
If you come here after being neg rated by me, here's what you have to do:

Delete all your posts on social media about XF.
Delete your posts in the bounty thread.

PM me after you have done both those things, and I will remove my rating.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

well, I've been looking at that thread and I've seen something very weird, there are some participants with negative feedbacks who says this: "Cheating bounty with alt accounts." And yet the bounty manager has not removed them from the campaign, which makes it very strange

the scammers blocked the thread because of scam accusation

Main reason to say scam for fake team members picture.

just this week I've seen many cases of ICOs with this same problem, maybe they are projects executed by the same scammers

I'm considering to start leaving feedback for "managers" that do not do even the least amount of research before accepting a position and starting a bounty thread.
If the "managers" would check just as much as you do, they'd easily catch these scams, and not only save themselves some trouble, but also their participants and possible investors.

As with the last two threads, watching for the reaction from the manager and their taken actions.

just this week I've seen many cases of ICOs with this same problem, maybe they are projects executed by the same scammers
I am working hard everyday to findout this kind of ICO. Because they are not only scam people's money also many forum members spending time on their bounty. It's very important for me to save both, money and time. Once i find like this case i will post here.
Recently I have seen like well reputed managers getting their bounty. They didn't minimum research, it's harmful for forum.

Hi, congratulations for this good initiative. I have been affected by scam reward campaigns and it is totally negative for the community that ICO Scam continues to proliferate that tries to steal shamelessly all people who join and trust them. If you need some support, I can join your cause.
The community wants and needs a clean and spam-free forum.

Given that Wapinter themselves have a history with multiple accounts and account sales, that rule is somewhat ironic.
I only own 2 other accounts besides this one.Btvgainer and Wapinter bounty portal.I am not involved in account selling.I still own all my accounts.

I totally agree with you.As a bounty manager we must do some research before accepting.Bounty participants and investors are also requested to do their due diligence before participating in any ICO

As with the last two threads, watching for the reaction from the manager and their taken actions.

I promptly lock the thread as soon as I learnt that a campaign I am managing is dubious. Unfortunatly xeonframe was posted by Wapinter bounty portal which is not available due to ban for 30 days hence I can not lock the thread but I am deleting the forms and posting this info in spreadsheet too.
I am also committed to remove scammers and multiple accounts from all the campaigns that I manage and I immediately take action as soon as I catch them or someone report them to me.

Dear Bounty managers, Please take a look at these discussions:
TOKENPAY ⚡ SCAMMED 1 MILLION $ FROM BOUNTY AND REFERRAL PROGRAM ⚡
TokenPay Charity Bounty Program - Help Us to Raise Voice Against Tokenpay Scam
We are participants in the TokenPay Bounty campaign and Derek Capo CEO of TokenPay decided not to pay us the Bounty campaign because he alleges that our Bounty manager jamalaezaz was cheating him with fraudulent Wallet addresses.
Please, we need help!

Off topic in here, you should start a seperate scam accusation against jamalaezaz / TokenPay and investigate who's responsible in this instance.
Though you also should consider the feedback of accounts before starting to participate in bounties managed by them, and jamal has a long history of terribly managed campaigns and failures.
Look at who you trust to be your manager, check their past jobs, jamal has a long list of feedbacks pointing out what you really should know about them.

Great find, OP.

I only wish people are as diligent all the time as this, because I'd say that the majority of ICOs probably utilise fake team members one way or another due to their need to hide their identity. And a simple image search can reveal a lot about the legitimacy of a project.

Due to the obvious proof that is provided, as well as the extremely crappy design of their website, it's safe to say that they're just a con that made up some kind of background story and now are trying to rip people off. Also, campaign managers should honestly be way more diligent before they accept a campaign like this, because promoting these scams won't do any good to anyone obviously.

Nice post thanks for investigations and your time. Great job. I found this project a bit suspicious as I've joined promotional campaign and found out that website and WP has too much mistakes (especially concerning lack of sentence spacing and vice versa). And I searched for BERTHOLD CHENG as I find his face familiar and no single mention throughout the web.

Scam ICO name: xeonframe ( no SSL certificate on site)

Website : http://xeonframe.net/

Archive : http://archive.is/6nOAF

Team archive :

1)      http://archive.is/34Imm

2)      http://archive.is/peFEA

Bounty thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3963215.0   ( Manager :  Wapinter )

ANN thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3873411

Main reason to say scam for fake team members picture.  Their team is not existing and they chose from google. Most of team member is fake. They just use linkedin logo but there is no any profile link. I will describe below those I have strong evidence.

Look at the picture below I have marked & and check name too.

Point one : NORMAN OSAMU( FAKE) =Jason Chen ( Real)

Proof link : http://imperialholdingscompanies.com/index.php/our-team/

Point two : JETT JAXSON( FAKE) =Melissa Li ( real )

Proof link : https://www.linkedin.com/in/melissa-li-009805159

I believe that’s enough proof to say scam.  Be aware from such as ICO those have question mark.

If people bother to do research, then basically all ICOs will have some shady element or another.

One of the most common tactics used by scammers are that they use a completely fabricated group of people, represented by nothing but stock images, as their so called "team" in order to make themselves seem legit.

And invariably, they do so because their scam would not seem legit at all to investors if real names were used. Most of these scams are probably run by one person, or a few accomplices, and there is no team to speak of whatsoever. Or, they just don't want their real identities leaking out once they exit scam. Thank you OP for exposing them, they deserve nothing less.

I just wonder why bounty managers accept the project without a proper research as it wastes a lot of valuable time for bounty managers and bounty hunters.

I think manager still in ban mode. Moderator should lock their ANN and Bounty thread to save people from scam.
Their fake team already proven. Hope proof is enough to lock or delete thread. I have reported to moderator.
