what can I do ?

Nothing (only the person that left you the rating/feedback, can remove it [there's an exception for extreme cases of abuse]).
- Just ignore it (it's "Untrusted" and it has no reference [baseless]).

This user is claiming that you are alt account of PaypalVCC and some other scam users.
So far I didn't find any proof, but as I told you beforehand, it is better to provide a reasonable escrow service before start selling such cards.
It is better to show some trust "provide a vouch copy to gondel" & asking a trusted member to act as an escrow.
