Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Even for scamming people you have to put in a little effort and have loads of patience. It's very surprising how people take scamming for granted these days with zero effort Grin
