I'm looking for an Internet marketer with experience in blockchain-industry.

I have an idea (a hypothesis) about a web service. Need help with it's verification. So I'm looking for proffesional who'll be able:
1) To calculate cost of idea verification.
2) To calculate approximately cost of 1 year web service marketing to reach main competitor's indicators.
3) If we agree on the approach and figures, to verificate the hypothesis.
4) If the hypothesis is ok, to do whole marketing activities.

The web service is planned international. Not ICO.
