【00.Beginning】We aim to realize “The world all victims are saved”. To archive our goal we are going to launch and operate the class action platform “enjin”.
In Japan some victims of fraud or malicious enterprise are not judiciary saved, because damage amount per person is smaller than Lawyer fee. This kind of small damage amounts to 16 trillion yen. Thus, we decided to launch enjin and give access to lawyer for every victim and realize the “Justice”.
Our product “enjin” has already released on 21th May and having a huge attention from victims and lawyers.
Since our platform is going to deal with a sensitive topic “Class Action”, our member is talented in legal field; CEO is a lawyer, a member responsibled for sales strategy, new business and marketing in Bengo4.com, Inc and Person belonging to Accounting Institution Association who worked for, one of the big4 auditing firm, Deloitte.
Also, in order to accelerate our product “enjin” to save every victims, our company Class Action Co, Ltd accepted a total amount of 60 million yen as seed investment from a famous Silicon Valley Venture Capital 500startup(s Managing partner:James Riney)and other angel investor(s ※Nikkei released an article on 21th May 2018).
We welcomed Motomitsu Nakagawa who is the leading lawyer of class action in Japan, as our General Counsel. Furthermore, Mizuguchi CEO, from famous investment fund which has crypto currency fund, CYBRiDGE Group and a practitioner faculty member who is profes- sional
in blockchain and AI joined our project as an adviser. Thus, we have already got investment from VC, having talented member and advisories and already launched a product, we are neither a scam project nor dreamer project.
Recently, including Japan, many countries are trying to restrict crypto currencies as a method
for finance. However, we believed that regulation on really valuable projects is not a proper regulation.
Blockchain and decentralized are the underlying technology and philosophy of crypto currency. In the world where “individual” are gaining power, blockchain can destroy the traditional centralized model. We also believe in blockchain, so we decided to implement blockchain and crypto currency into our class action platform. In our platform every community member can send “Bengoshi (Lawyer) coin” to anyone in order to support victim
relief.
