What there are still many POW coins created everyday?

What there are still many POW coins created everyday?
All we know that POW mining is wasting energy of our world.
Instead, we should use POS or other advanced consensus which has the same functions (validate transaction) but consume much less energy.

#Ethereum is also upgrading from POW to POS. Why other new POW coins are still creating day by day???

Just forget all these shit coins. I found some tweets mentioned that Digibytes (#DGB) also has a plan to upgrade from POW to POS consensus. How interesting!

Some times I wonder why Bitcoin is still the Number One while many other coins are much better.
