I think most ICO want to reached their hardcap thats why they are extending their campaign.Technical or internal problems might be the other reason.

Some companies cannot reach soft cap. Even so, I consider requests for this large funding unwarranted. ICOs ask too much. |

It is the matter of time. it is simply impossible to make miscalculations and guess the project when the market is constantly striving down. I think that the projects that could not overcome this are similar to fraudsters .. but initially they were not like this .. the market situation made them behave this way ..

i think because in 2018 too many projects didnt collect an amount of ethereum equal to their soft cap that's why bounties are too often to be extended good luck in your future investment and have a nice day  |

Mostly because the project couldn't archive he's aim by reaching softcap or hardcap at the already stipulated time, the project will be postponed same as the bounty campaign.

Because of the fraud that makes investors distrustful of ICO, there are now a lot of SCAM-indicated ICO and it is very difficult to determine whether the ICO is SCAM or not. It because of their softcap and hardcap. If their softcap or hardcap did not reach they extended their bounty for their desired amount. They are collecting fund from the investor as well. Nowadays the crypto market is down. An investor doesn't want to risk their money, so they will think twice to invest. For this reason, every project needs to acquire lots of time.

All this is happening because people have lost genuine interest in ICOs. People no longer buy them on time compared to before. And if the ICO is still on, most bounties will continue with the advertisement and publicity. |

Well I cant really say that most of the ICOs are extending beyond their schedule but there are really some that does that. The ICS nowadays I noticed have longer period of campaigns so I think they could have already anticipated this. |

That is what happened with now because the number of Bounties will dizzy investors have good projects to invest but some projects only make big losses for investors. |

In addition , this was due to the bearish market which is still in effect that the experts says that we are still in the middle of it. This will make the people to become more afraid to join the investments and the others are temporarily not to invest in crypro currency while waiting for the bullish run to effect. |

or maybe there is no investor interest in investing in some unclear projects, so the project relies on a trusted team that has been successful with the other projects beforehand |

the only ICO I see shorten the duration is GCOX. due to over success on ICO 1, they decide to cancel 2nd and 3rd ICO and straight up proceed to listing. same goes to their bounty program. initially planned roadmap is shorten as well.

The reason is because of the current state of market, you can't expect a project to stop their bounty when they are yet to raise tangible fund. The longer the ICO the longer the bounty.

Many bounty campaigns are extending because they didn't meet even their soft cap in the given period. Project development needed the fund first so that they will continue enhancing and innovating the project.

yes I agree with you, bounty are becoming popular for crypto community, and lots of scam bounties currently, I have a list of bounty scam, and they didn't share any thing after ICO ended! Damn!!!
It's great that you create a table for the SCAM bounty. LOL That is why we also have to see which ICO will succeed in the future so that the bounty will also be successful. |
