Yifu's answer sounds a bit like this could have happened. Anti ordered the miner, then he didnt pay in the timeframe he should. That meant that the machines were given free for other buyers in the
meantime. Later he paid and thought he ordered machines. But there werent any machines anymore.

Now Yifu is saying that he will honor the payment and will give him one of the refunded machines of batch 3 most probably.

Knew there had to be something else to this story. Anti76 neglected to mention three month delayed payment, now I'm surprised he's receiving anything, but Bitsyncom have honoured their mistake in not closing the payment window.

Glad it's been resolved. Lesson learnt; don't allow your opinion (my own) to be altered by one side's frustration.

It think it wasn't 3 month late (actally 50 days), he sent wire 10.Jan and ordered 24.nov. Either way that is already known. Bitsyncom informed anti that he will get his unit as last person of batch#1.
Gald to see this sorted Smiley

Order #    Date    Ship To    Order Total    Status
200000846    11/24/12    ----    $8,159.94    Pending Wire    View Order

It think it wasn't 3 month late (actally 50 days), he sent wire 10.Jan and ordered 24.nov. Either way that is already known. Bitsyncom informed anti76 that he will get his unit as last person of batch#1 because of this paymant delay.Fact is that batch 2# has started and many has received their unit, so I can see his point of to be frustrated. I just can not agree on anti76 accusation of fraud towards bitsyncom!
Glad to see this sorted Smiley

This thread sucks...

... but it does go to show you, you're better off at the end of Avalon's line than anywhere in BFL's.
