Good question. There are three main people (you can see it in our whitepaper) working on this. Everything has already been built, we are just in final testing. We have already funded everything initially and are looking to raise additional capital to bring on more developers. We don't NEED the funds for presale, it would just help us bring on more developers sooner.

Correct. We would prefer to have additional funding to bring on more developers so we can move down our roadmap a little quicker but we're not in a rush. We're actually scheduled to release the wallets and allow people to start their masternodes on Wednesday 6/27. It will be a busy week for us for sure. :-)

That should get you all synced.
