I think you want to promote your business in services section that is why you wanted to make your thread sticky, but for me it's impossible unless if you are a moderator but you can use the ads option to advertise your business or service in the whole or selected section of this forum and theymos post this offer always on auction section. The other alternative is to promote your business or service in signature campaigns if you want to promote your business in the whole forum this option is the best option if you don't want to spend a lot you can budget your payment with this option.

Lol, that's a lot of bitcoin to pay to become a vip member he needs to pay 50 btc to become a VIP or 10 btc for donator.

The only advantage of becoming VIP you can customize your own title according to this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=38071.0
