never use coingate.com they scam my bitcoin after receiving payments from my website, now they want me upgrade to merchant or they will not release my money.

what is the purpose of their personal account if all users want them for upgrade? if you use coingate.com better exit it now, withdraw all your money while you can else you will later realize that you are in the wrong payment provider.

i now use thebigcoin.io payment all go direct to your wallet, not like coingate.com the scammer, they will hold your money

I just created an account (to check everything) and I found the following:
- On Dashboard > Verification
  • Traders (level 1) can "buy and sell BTCitcoin".
  • Merchants (level 2) can "accept BTCitcoin payments".

In case I missed something and you still think you were scammed, I suggest to update your thread using the proper "Scam Report Format".

he is right. they also not release my money too.

they are realy scam. and not answare to my ticket over 18 hours.
