Bounty manager is just doing his/her job, I do not think him/her should be blamed however after proving the confirmed scam, a good bounty manager should close the campaign. Also the participants should do the same, leave the campaign.

A good example: yahoo62278 closed the ARBITAO Signature & Avatar Campaign.

Be happy be at peace. Looking forward to BTC at $1M

That's an example of integrity right there, which I highly doubt most of these altcoin bounty managers have enough of in order for them to do the same thing if this situation presented itself in a bounty they managed.  aTriz was very trusted as a campaign manager right up until the point where he went along with the scam his campaign project was trying to pull off.

So yeah, it all depends on what the bounty manager does once the information about the scam becomes known.  The same thing holds for the bounty participants.  If the project is known to be a scam and they continue to advertise for it (assuming the manager hasn't pulled the plug), they'll probably get negged.

Thanks for your answers.

And now i'm looking at some ICO whose website is no longer there and its telegram too, but the bounty manager is still continuing the ICO. Of course bounty manager is wrong, right? Because there is no notice at all that the ICO is a scam

If you feel like a scam ICO is still being advertised, kindly create a topic in Scam Accusations regarding the scam. It may help some members as they invest blindly by looking at these signatures which happened with one of the forum member. aTriz was managing a scam campaign and the member invested in the ICO without investigation and lost his investment. Though aTriz paid half the amount, he has fallen for the Scam.
BM's must check the development now and then and if they feel like it is scam, they must report it in the Scam Accusations board and must end the bounty.

will have an impact on the Bounty Manager who manages ICO?
As mdayonliner said, it won't have a negative impact on BM. But once the ICO is proved as scam and if BM is continuing with the bounty, he must be negged. Most of the trusted and reputed managers close scam bounties if they find them.

Note that, most of the bounty managers are paid weekly for the work they do or as a whole at the beginning of the campaign. Hence they continue their work, unless they are not getting paid.

If that bounty manager is not part of the team, I think it will not have impacted to the bounty manager as long as he/she protect the interest of bounty hunters and investors when the project is discovered a Scam project. There is a good news that someone or some party have investigating a suspicious ICO project whether it is scam or not. Here is the website: https://icoethics.com/ and here is the bct profile: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2204241

How do you know that, what are you basing your assumptions on?

Not that it's an assumption, I have read about it somewhere in the forum that some managers are being paid weekly in btc and some reputed managers are being paid prior to the beginning of the campaign. There is also a theory that some do their weekly work of managing the campaign only after they receive their weekly pay. As you are a good old member and a campaign manager could you clear it up that is this statement true?

I do not think so. As bounty manager do not manage ICO. Bounty manager just manage works of bounty participant. You can check it from: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4485408.msg40615050#msg40615050
