If you forgot your Bitcoin wallet, you will no longer recover or retrieve it. You have to create a new one. It's the first and last thing that you need to remember when creating a wallet. you can either save it on your computer, cell phone or write it down to a paper so you can have multiple copies or your wallet key.

You can write down your key on the leaf. Personally, I started a separate flash card on which I save the file to enter my etherium wallet, in case I lose my key

As far as I know, if you lost your keys and passwords, you lost them forever and your money will not be returned. Therefore, try to prevent this loss and duplicate these keys on a regular sheet of paper.

I use the most banal way - I wrote all the necessary keys in my personal notebook. So I feel much safer, because if you lose the keys, you can say goodbye to your money.

Make a backup of your wallet
Stored in a safe place, a backup of your wallet can protect you against human and computer failures. It will also allow you to recover your wallet after having your cell phone or computer stolen if you keep your wallet encrypted.

Back up your wallet completely
Some wallets use many privately hidden private keys. If you only have a private key backup of your visible Bitcoin addresses, you may not be able to recover a large portion of your funds with your backup.

Encrypt stored backups online
Every stored online backup is vulnerable to theft. Even computers connected to the internet can be infected by malicious software. Knowing this, encrypting the backups that are exposed is a good security practice.

Use many secure locations
Unique points of failure are bad for safety. If the backup is not dependent on a single location, it is less likely that any bad event will prevent you from recovering your wallet. You may also want to consider using different media, such as thumb drives, documents, and CDs.

Make backups regularly
You need to regularly back up your wallet to make sure that all recent Bitcoin address changes and any addresses you've created are included in your backup. But soon, the new portfolios will only need a single backup.

If you have the recovery phrase it is possible to recover all the funds to a new wallet address, if you don't have the recovery phrase there is no other possibility to recover. Recently lost around 0.12btc in a wallet which is unable to access as I lost the password along with the recovery phrase. There are some service providers in our forum who assure of recovering the funds, but to what extent it is possible is a myth.

What are the measures to keep your private key safe and in memory ? Are there any alternatives to retrieve the key back ?

I put my private key in a paper wallet and keep it safe. I also made a back up that if ever i lost the one there is still another. Private key are very important ,once you lost it you can't retrieve it if you don't have a back up. If you lost your private key, just say goodbye also to your coins because there is no other way to send your coins into exchange or other wallets with out your private key.

There is no other way that you can recover it.  You did not keep it then you cannot keep your wallet too.  Private keys are very important so keep it in a very safe place that you can get it anytime.

No, there is no alternatives way to retrieve the ETH or BTC Private key back. That's why you have to keep the secure your crypto wallet. Many people lost their coin by forgetting the private key or phrase code. You can use a hardware wallet, But still, you have to write down your private key on a paper and you should keep that paper in a very safe place.

If you lose your key to the Bitcoin or Ethereum wallet wallet, then you should specify the contents of the wallet. Because it will be impossible to open your wallet if you don't know the key.

Forget your wallet and regret it forever for not taking care of your private key.  We know the fact that we need it to access our wallet so keep it with you.

One thing we should remember in crypto is that we are our own security to the Bitcoi we hold, hence it is always smart to keep backup of our login details especially to our Bitcoin wallet. Perhaps keep them on a pendrive and keep it safe out of the house. You can also try this http://recovermybtc.com/  to recover password though not 100% efficient.

I have kept my private keys in written form in my personal diary its the safest way to keep your private keys. Saving in Computer or laptop is risky because if it gets damaged you will lose all so best if to keep your private keys in written form.
Everyone should do that, i dont think it's possible to get back. next time keep notes or save the information so you don't loose it

Settings i think you can retrieve it when you know your email or gmail you can click forgot password. You enter your email or mobile number, and we'll they send you a reset code, You need to know or memorize your email and gmail for unexpected situation like this you forgot your key to your bitcoin wallet you should know very important your email or gmail to retrieve it.

The best way to store those private key of your mate in via offline saving. Through this, you can think it easily where did you put and also far fr online hacks that happens to every click we did. And when talking about forget those pk, it will still be in total supply mate but the circulating supply of that coin will be lessen as what you amount you lost and forever be stock in there.

Some of these incidences might have happened when Btc started and people had not seen its worth. Today, I doubt anyone with even as little Btc in his wallet will lose his key.

No, there’s no way you can retrieve your private keys, so you need to be wise enough to keep it safe. Always have a backup copy of it. Aside from saving a copy in a flash drive which you seldom use (because if you are using it very often, it is prone to online compromises), make a hard copy of it and have it laminated if possible.  I advise you to have it laminated because ink tends to smudge naturally in time and to protect it from spills and tears also. And whether its hard or soft copy, remember to store it somewhere safe.

it is very fatal because the key code is the ethereum code that is very important if you lose the key code then you can not open your ethereum wallet and can not be replaced with another key code
