Simcord Company will soon receive the scientific and legal expert opinion “Legal Basis of the Bitbon System” within the framework of official cooperation with the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine. In this regard, we would like to clarify the publication date for the above-mentioned document that should strengthen the official international status of Bitbon.

Currently, the document, which has been scheduled for publication in December 2018, is at the final stage of legal approval. The publication date has been postponed until February 2019 as a number of countries continue considering and ratifying legislative initiatives related to the settlement of the legal framework for conducting operations with crypto instruments. When the scientific and legal expert opinion “Legal Basis of the Bitbon System” is finally open to the public, it should be highly relevant in terms of the laws of the countries being considered. In view of this, the relevant amendments and changes in the laws of these countries must be taken into account.

To make it more accessible to the public, the document will be published in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

The first of three stages of testing the implementation of the DPoS consensus algorithm into the Bitbon System infrastructure has begun. The testing will determine the potential performance of the Simcord Blockchain. Also, as part of this stage, comprehensive tests will be carried out to optimize business processes and mining algorithms in the Bitbon System. Stage-by-stage testing will allow a more thorough approach to solving the implementation issue of the DPoS consensus algorithm.

Planned Update on the Website of the Bit Trade Exchange of Digital Assets
