For now it's really hard to find a good and trusted ICO.  And if we talked about waiting moment for pump and dump,  it's not be interested because we need ICO who will get a better future. Based on this market condition as well, I choose the ICO which is have a product and already operated.

You just need to following your procedure are like the ICOs have products and already operated, and the other aspects you must know more about the team leader behind the projects of ICOs because the great of team will make the successfull of the ICOs projects although the condition of cryptocurrencies price goes down like today i have found team of ICOs they never give up on this situation of cryptocurrencies.

Of course yes the the people must learn more about the ICO projects before making investment in them, i just said the ICOs must be followed by us and i don't say the ICOs must be invested by us, i will make review all of ICOs which has been listed.

The updating of Citowise, it was failed to reached softcap so they do refunds for all of the investors, but the project of Citowise is still continue, the investors does not losing their money in citowise.

I have a favor mate, Ive been following this project since then, it is called taucoin but they cancelled ICO and instead the owner uses his own fund to develop this new mechanism POT proof of transaction. I appreciate if you could give me some feedback, they dont have any ICO and have offered by 10 exchangers already for listing but the ceo rejects them. Sound's intimidating right? Taucoin is good project although they have cancelled the ICO, it is does not mean taucoin is bad the developer of team are really seriosly to building the token and they care about the community of taucoin you can check their forum on here https://taucointalk.org/index.php
So it is good coins for long term investment and mostly the ICOs projects are for long term investment. Thank you very much

Because it needs time to develop the product and it's not so easy as those people said, but some developer may not able to do that because they lack experience. Taucoin is not the one who ha already canceled its ico.

First of all, the ANN thread creator has already gotten a negative trust for promoting scam ICO. Bad 1st impression. I would never invest in it. However, these days IEO are the best and one ICO which is still in their initial stage, metacode can be a good one. They will hold the fund through escrow which is a good way to go.

Yes of course and i don't think that the ICO cancelled is something bad because this project is under progressing the most important is the project its self than money in the ICO, that's why i have said that it is good for long term investment in taucoin.

Finding a good ICO is difficult at this moment. And I will rather buy XAUp coins which is gold back and offered by the team behind populous. Atleast I am sure I won't loose my investment

I don't promoting the ICOs are like you promoting gambling games on your code of signature campaign, and i don't suggest the people to make investment in the ICOs projects on this thread, i suggest you to read carefully on here, don't just make posting for your signature campaign. I don’t know much about Xaup coin, might take a peep at it.

I have personally reduced my participation in ICOs for now until the good ones I have invested in makes me profit, also because of the bad things going on now in ICOs even though we have lots of good projects but they are finding it all hard now to reach their hardcap, I believe with Binance Launchpad and the new system of IEO, we will be able to engage again in an ICO with good prospects, I see more investment in new projects next year than this year.

Its better not to follow any ICOs until they are listed and stabilized in the market and proven themselves that they are really developing some product in blockchain which should be beneficial for many in the world. Till then just wait and watch. 95% of the projects are either scam or just incapable of handling their project.
