Let us wait for Default trust members. Only they can decide, if that was the merit abuse or not. A lot of people are trying to post something valuable, to get some merits and believe me, for a newbie and even a junior, it can take months if not years, to achieve just a full member status. Merely sending or receiving merits is not proof of anything. If you have actual proof that these accounts are alts or colluded in some way AND they send merits to each other - that might be something to look into.

After sending him 50 merits just for nothing, you will send him another 50 merits from your alt account (Only forum administrator can 100% confirm that you have an alt account registered from the same IP) Or if you do not have alt account, you ask one of your friends to give 50 merits to that account. After that the dude, who received 100 merits for just shitposting needs only to post arround 12 posts a week and soon he will became a full member. He's not a crook. this man is a professor at the university. I believe that he did the translation himself, and not through Google translator. I know this person personally. He asked me to help, and I helped.
