First of all you don't need bitcoin,you need ethereum if you want to transfer your token into an exchange.But no people will ake risk of sending their money for you until you send them back after you got their money.And your account also very new so you won't feel bad if your account got red paint.

If you seriously looking to sell your token you need to buy ehtereum from an exchange but you are going to be need ery small amount of ethereum.
