There are so many bounty managers here but do we know who to choose? I am suggesting here that what if, bitcointalk.org must have an accredited "Bounty Managers" ? Those bounty manager must under go on,

1. Verification, the purpose of it is to know if that person really exist.
2. Capable,  in managing the project and has a complete team members because he/she can't handle it alone.
3. Membership, bitcointalk.org must set a requirements to become a "BM", rules and regulation to be among the most trusted and accredited BM in bitcointalk.org.

1. The purpose of this suggestion is to lessen the scam project so that no efforts will be wasted.
2. To prevent blaming the BM if the project will ended up on scam. ( The BM must face consequences, like for ex. He/she is not allowed to conduct a new bounty project for 2 weeks.)
3. Participant that put the blame to the BM must also face the consequence because of disrespecting.

I hope this will help us and notice by the Admins here.

Let us not focus on the scam as other members can DYOR, spotting a scam project can be seen miles away and Bounty Managers only act as promoters to the forum, they are not exactly part of the alleged project. But let us instead focus on the participants being part of the campaign, especially the ones part of a signature campaign. Some managers in the bounty campaign accepts participants who applies first, they don't even look at the post quality anymore. Accepting literally anyone to be part of a signature campaign means a lot of them will be paid just by posting worthless shit thus promoting spam to the forum. If only all the bounty campaigns are accepting members who really is contributing high quality post then this spammers won't even exist in the forum.

We already have a list of reputable Bitcointalk signature/bounty anti-spam campaign managers. No spammers/scammers included.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4412712.0

If someone behind a project, newbie with copper membership wants to run their own bounty campaign then they should, putting additional membership requirements would be unfair, the project might indeed be legit, if it turns out to be scam, then lack of judgment on the participants part.

Merit system is good and it helps the forum to be stable against shitposting. I totally agree with this, the core problem is that the lack of effort taken by bounty managers, we should not tolerate the idea of first come, first serve it must be quality post first before accept, this will reduce the no. Of participants who will do spamming all the way around the forum, if they do then they can easily be spotted and can be reported right away. This time double effort merit to rank up, quality post to be accepted, if they do not comply with these 2 basic requirements they are TRASH

Who decides that? We don't want to centralise the forum than it actually is.

No. Pretty sure people love anonymity and let's keep it that way. From what I have seen, managers willing to dox themselves over bounty management would be the incompetent ones.

2. Capable,  in managing the project and has a complete team members because he/she can't handle it alone.
Again, who creates such metrics ?

3. Membership, bitcointalk.org must set a requirements to become a "BM", rules and regulation to be among the most trusted and accredited BM in bitcointalk.org.
How about someone starts offering a course in Udemy about 'Journey to become a Trusted Bounty Manager on Bitcointalk' ?

This is only a suggestion sir, We, in the low rank division was the most affected here. Why? It's because we wanted to earn more like high ranked members. So we do accept lot of bounties even how stressful it is. We do accept bounties with a minimal review if that said bounty was legit and most of us rely on the ICO review. We know that we don't have lot of experience of how to distinguish a legit ICO. My suggestion was to minimize a wannabe bounty manager to lessen a scam project. If the scam project will continue , what will happen to us on the future? Scam project will discourage lot of investor. Investors will decrease and ICO will have a hard time to promote those coin.
My suggestion will benefit lot of individual is either you're a bounty hunter, bounty manager or a investors.

We, in the low rank division was the most affected here.

This forum values the user feedback. It's not a kingdom. That's why, in a nice or harsh way, people will reject your ideas. Also they are made to help you, not really everybody. (Do you imagine how much work would be for that one alone accredited bounty manager?? Do you imagine that without competition he could ask any fees he wants??)

As said, there's already a list (at least one) of reputable bounty managers. And since you are new, I'll give you a very useful tip: whatever question you have, use Google. It does wonders.
For your case, the query would be list of bounty managers site:bitcointalk.org

Why? It's because we wanted to earn more like high ranked members.

This is a forum primarily about Bitcoin and then about the rest of cryptocurrencies. A forum where cryptocurrency related knowledge is shared among people. Earning money from various jobs is just a (small) part of this.
Maybe this also help you also understand why bounty management is not the main concern here.

However, stay around, learn, discuss, help the others and you'll get to high rank and will also get to earn more.

No it's not a fair way to just accredit a bounty manager , there are also manager who got red trust from their co manager.

how about those who wants to be a manager and have taken the first step to run a campaign sig/bounty.

The important to a participant to know is the manager trusted? or :  the fund must be hold by a trusted escrow,  investors should be able to know the project deeply before investing into a project.

Well, Thank you for your humble opinion sir. But what I said this is only a suggestion that I know it will benefit us( low rank). But as what you said this forum is primarily for bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and I respect that.

Ugghhhh, How to be you? Why it is hard for me to level up my rank  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

It's hard to level up because of greed. Because too many came on this forum only to earn money. The forum was filling up with useless posts made by people only to reach the number of posts required to level up (and earn more). So Merit was introduced and it seems to have some overall effect.
You joined this year and you are already crying about being "hard to level up". That's why.

When I did join this forum I didn't care about ranking and earning. In the first months I've been mostly reading and almost no posts at all. Of course, there were not so many airdrops and campaigns like now either.
Guess what? My account is more than 4 years old. So .. you need patience.
You already have 270 posts. Wow. You need to post more useful stuff in order to get merit (and even useful stuff doesn't get "paid" all the time). You have to get used with that and stay cool. As I wrote - it's all about user feedback. And you cannot really force that.

I do agree that some came here only to earn money and I'll be hypocrite if I, myself will deny it. Thank  you for this words.  I will always keep it in my mind. You have my respect.

It's not about the managers being vetted before they start managing a bounty. The truth is even the acclaimed trusted managers still mange scam projects sometimes. Now to think of it there's no big difference between scam projects and bounties that never paid its participants at the end. Those are two wrong cases and yet there's nothing one can do about it. The thing about bounties is that just like ICO investment is a risk, doing bounty campaign is a risk too. Only those willing should take it.

Monopolising something is never good.

When I learned about this a couple years ago, my teacher showed me this example.

Imagine Virgin mobile was the only phone company in your country. They owed all the poles and the wires that transmit data and no other company could break into the sector because they just didn't have the tech. So Virgin didn't bother to do any marketing (since they where the only available choice if you wanted data/calling time) and started overcharging, and offering slower network speeds.

No one want's this to happen (except the big company) and I hope this helps with your opinion on monopolization.

Well and I wouldn't be able to make a couple bucks managing campaigns
