Recently i have seen that people are blaming EOS to be more centralized project and the news you have shared just goes to prove this fact that this project is controlled, only time will tell that this control and centralized model will be for the benefit of the project or not.

I do not think this is a totally accurate account of what happened. It seems to be some significant FUD, and ultimately I think it was found that the accounts were requested to be frozen.

If you don't want account to be frozen,
you just have to vote for one block producer that will not freeze them (out of 21) and you'll be done.
Unlike Bitcoin or Ethereum where you would need to buy huge amount off hash power.

This moves actually appalling. It is advisable whether they employ this ability championing the concession of crypto. But whether they employ it championing their ego pursuit so this will be actually a enormous mess.
