Hello mate, skipped simply refers to a situation whereby a participant is excluded from a particular round of airdrop because such participant failed to meet all the rules. I will advise you to always read and follow all the rules and be active on discord to avoid being skipped.

That's easy, you were skipped because you definitely did no read the rules! You're not wearing our sig, no address, you don't have 28 activity and that was from looking at your profile for less than 3 seconds. I'm also assuming you aren't active in chat, have not sent .001 to the priv address in the rules, haven't retweeted and I'm sure I'm missing something else. My best piece of advice to you would be to read the rules, then come back and try again.

there is a support channel for airdrop registrations on discord plus alot of people are on discord more often, make sure you stay active on discord too, lengthy posts here on Bitcoin talk of substance, 28 plus activity but when you reach 30 you become a junior member and then you will need to upgrade your signature too, you can find the signatures in discord under #signatures. To qualify make sure you are active on Discord, Bitcointalk and retweet some of the recent tweets.

We're in the process of getting listed on CMC, but if smaller alts have managed to get listed in the past week, there's no doubt PRiV will get there; and from what I've seen, that kind of exposure gets 25% increments just the first day so HODL your PRiV !!!

People are also positive about this move and should provide positive outcome in the long run. We all know that bounty hunters tend to sell the coins that they just earned to secure their profit and because of this rule, this prevents them on selling their rewards if they still plan on being a participant of it in the following weeks.

Others may say that this rule is pointless because the price of PRiV keeps coming down in the past days but we should always think that the rule in not obliging everyone to hold all of their rewards. They just provide the required % to hold for you to participate in their campaign. Additionally, BTC is rallying again (semi-ish) and we all know what is the effect of it to all altcoins.
