There is always reasons why people get banned, and they only do once they have sufficient evidence of it

I don't think it's mandatory nor a requirement. What I see is to join the official forum as the mandatory aside from the RTs.

Correct, no mandatory voting. The Txbit vote is abused by projects that use bots to vote, so we leave that vote for what it is for now. If Txbit change their voting setup we will reconsider to participate in a voting round again.

Forum will be the main place after AD20, news, development updates, discussions, bounties/giveaways and of course the mini monthly AD's will be managed from there.

Bitcointalk is for all of crypto enthusiasts whereas PRiV forum is specifically for those interested or already involved in the coin.
