Your shouldn't be comparing Mintcoin to a Nigerian scam, Nigerian scams are not as bad as Mintcoin. See you at 10000 sat... PS: Maybe ill buy some Mintcoin so I can help your volume go above 9.5 BTC Just report him. Although, this is just another signifier of how dirty some of the people behind BC really are. Report me for what? You have no clue what you are talking about. He made an unprovoked negative comment about something I posted earlier. You guys need to stop playing the victim and focus on whatever it is you are doing. We do not post "crap" about Mintcoin in the BC thread. No offense but you guys are not on our radar. If you look at the total in: 105105.346943 and total out: 106304.462011, the difference between these values (1199.115068) is the amount that was being minted in that block (also the same value as the "fee"). Is it possible that you have a minted (orphan or not) block that corresponds to these transactions? The amount would be 644.805479 for the transaction of yours that I show above. Sorry if I did not understand the problem/question correctly :/ Edit: Also, the two transactions/blocks you have highlighted are actually the same transaction/block it looks like. So it looks like you should have either a successfully minted block or an orphaned block with a value of 644.805479 |

Also, have you upgraded to wallet v1.7 yet? I've noticed that only three of my orphan blocks are showing up in my transaction history now (the three shown at the top of my wallet in the screenshot). Also, do not worry about orphaned blocks, the coins which are put to stake for an orphan block do not lose their coinage so although you do not receive any minted coins from the orphaned block the coins you staked will be restaked with greater coinage until they generate a minted block. Also, do not worry about orphaned blocks, the coins which are put to stake for an orphan block do not lose their coinage so although you do not receive any minted coins from the orphaned block the coins you staked will be restaked with greater coinage until they generate a minted block. Perhaps you minted the full amount available for that 20 day period already. If you are receiving 20% interest for the first year, then that year is divided into 18 20 day periods. Each of those 20 day period you should receive an amount equal to 1.11% of the stake that is minting. I hope that helps. But perhaps there is another issue. Your may need to repair your wallet or something if the figure I just explained do not seem to be an adequate explanation for the issue. |

But I have not received the stake. when I check the http://mint.blockx.info/get/address/MqZLAkhN6gK6LAyt4ULB1kK9HnYWAdrkVi, I find the redeemed transactions, but they are not shown in my wallet. you know it is so sad that I can not receive the stake for about ten days. well, if they show up in the blockchain you have them. The problem is your local wallet.

if you join the forum that is availble you can post in the support topic and the devs will help you.

You will only receive "Minted" coins after holding coins for at least 20 days. Once you've minted coins, the coins that generated the minting will be put into the "Staked" portion of your wallet until there are 50 confirmations. Once this has happened, and your wallet has been credited the minted coins, they, as well as the "Staked" coins will not mint again for at least 20 more days. If you have other coins that have yet to reach the 20 day time frame, it may take a bit longer than 20 days, depending on the amount of coins that have not yet minted. |

Why would integrating a wallet feature create a hard fork? Wallet Control is not part of the algorithm of the coin. HBN was not hard forked for the wallet feature, Tranz added wallet control to newer HBN wallets. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Why would integrating a wallet feature create a hard fork? Wallet Control is not part of the algorithm of the coin. HBN was not hard forked for the wallet feature, Tranz added wallet control to newer HBN wallets. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Can please one of the devs or beaverslayer or anyone else comment on this? This feature indeed would be awesome I did comment on this a bit earlier. Quite some time ago when PoS was just starting to kick in for many people, the questions started regarding the way PoS worked and what affected the coin age. I did a lot of reading and research about "coin control" and read a lot about HoboNickle and their wallet. From what I understand, coin control was an original part of HoboNickle, therefore no hard fork was required. I then contacted the developer and requested that he look into this feature and if possible implement it into our Mintcoin. He informed me that they had as well looked into coin control, but it would require a hard fork to implement it into the Mintcoin wallet. As we all know and understand, hard forks are very very bad for a crypto currency, we are seeing the implications of it right now since the hard fork change to strictly PoS. It is next to impossible to not only convince people to upgrade, but also to inform everyone that holds Mintcoin that an upgrade is needed. Since all this first started some time ago, I have with one of my wallets, spent/sent coins on a regular basis to other wallets, as well as deposit coins into the wallet. The spending/sending has not had any effect on the minting of new coins in my wallet. Sure, the amount minted may have been more if I had left all the coins there, but the fact remains, that the coins that were due to qualify for minting still minted. I posted a screen shot of this a few pages back showing that the wallet indeed minted coins just a few days after spending 25K Mints. The most important thing that everyone needs to understand, is that Minting new coins has a few variables to it. Just because you have 100,000 coins in your wallet and it's been 20 days, does not mean you are going to get new coins the second the clock hits the 20th day. It may take a day or two, and this also depends on how long your wallet is opened and "Working". What I mean by working, is that your wallet is actually "Mining" new blocks of coins, and the block reward for finding a block is based on the number of coins older than 20 days in your wallet. I've explained this concept on here as well as the Reddit page on numerous occasions, but as we all know a great number of Mintcoin holders only show up on these pages once a problem arises. I'll try to put together some sort of graphical explanation showing the minting process and post it here and on Reddit, Facebook and the Mintcoin Forum in the next couple of days. If you are reading this, and have yet to upgrade your wallet to the newest version 1.7 YOU MUST UPDATE YOUR WALLET....IT WILL NOT MINT NEW COINS UNLESS YOU DO |
