Once all tickets are taken (and paid for) we'll select 2 Bitcoin blocks that will be mined in the near future and use the block hash of those to determine the winners. The last character in the block hash determines who has the winning ticket! One ticket can win several times. First block determines the 2nd Prize winner, the 2nd block determines the 1st Prize winner.
