Looking for someone to help create a Telegram Bot for standard inquiries.

Requirements:
- When connected to the bot, will have options for the FAQs in the group chat.
- Have a button for ‘others’ for other questions that aren't in the FAQs option.
- When the visitor has selected the specific subject in the FAQ options, a standard answer will be generated.
- Able to track traffic (volume of questions, popular questions, active time) of the bot.
