Hello every body i just code a little dogecoin lottery website, just go here and read the GetStarted page, i paste it here:

http://abrege.eu/13C I needed to shorten the url because it's .tk domain...

Get Started
Hello everybody, welcome to this website.
How it works ?
It's really easy, it's just a simple lottery. You pay the ticket (1k doge) and you are registered for the next draw. The draw is automated, i just launch an sql request on the user who have paid for the draw, something like this: SELECT username FROM users where havepaid=true ORDER BY RAND() LIMIT 1
When you register, the server owe you a special deposit address, it's here that you need to pay the 1k doges. If, finally you don't want to be registered for the next draw, just send me a mail i will send your doges back. If your personnal page take a long time to load, it's because it check your temporary address for see if you have send the 1k doges. I don't know how i will do about the fee etc... I just know that we need 105 users for the first draw (100 * 1k doges + fee), if we don't have those 105 users at the end of the countdown, i will send the money back. If we have enough players, i will redistribute a part of the doge to the no-winners players. If there is any problem, any bug on the website, just send me a mail here: superdrace@gmail.com

Improvements
I will try to improve the website soon. Add some features etc... If you have any idea, just send me a mail.

What i need to do if i win ?
Your username will be displayed on the frontpage of the website, and i only ask you to send me a screenshot of the transaction (it will be displayed on the winner's wall).

About me ?
I'm just a little student who wanted to do something cool !

Thank you for all!

I changed the url, it's a .tk domain, many spam with this domainname so the forum consider it like a spam.

Very simple and plain Jane, but good concept and direction. Have not seen one for Doge yet, keep it up. Good luck.

Why have an arbitrary number to start the lottery?  Wouldn't it make more sense to have it run, say, every hour on the hour?  You can still take your 4.76% cut from the pool, and you'll end up getting more participants overall.  Why?  Because nobody wants to be, say, the 20th person in the lottery that needs 105 to start.  But if people know that there's a drawing in 10 minutes, they'll probably throw some entries in.  Instant gratification and all that.

I don't understand what you are saying.  You aren't seeding the lottery, you have it be scaleable.  So if you get 10 participants, the prize is 10k minus your fee.  If you get 20, it's 20k.

As I said a few days ago, this idea is flawed.  Nobody is joining because nobody has joined.  There is no impetus for anyone to join because it won't run for so long.  Refund everyone and change it so that a new lottery starts every hour or two.

You want to make it with me FUR11

I know almost literally nothing about coding, and I am not at all interested in running any sort of gambling site.

But if you've already written the code to run an automated lottery, I'd imagine it's very easy to adjust it to one that ran every X number of hours instead of one that ran every X number of participants.

Yeah, i will try to do this. I started to refun people and i will reopen my website soon.
