I need a bitskins verified account(one that can withdraw via litcoin)

Before you say "He is going to use it for fraud" or things like that. Please read my reasons why i can't get verified even if i wanted to.

1. I don't have a passport. I only have a driver's license.

2. I pay my own utility bill but it is not under my name. I am renting a house from my uncle. All the utility bills are under his name.

I know bitskins needs a steam account connected. I don't care if the steam account is new and still has a trade ban.

please understand my situation. i really just want to sell skins and cash it out via ltc/btc/eth as to avoid high fees from withdrawals.

HAHAHA get a load of this guy.  saying i am a scammer because i saw posts about him being a scammer so i did not went through
with the deal since it involves steam account which can easily be recovered. Anyway to everyone reading this:

Like i said in my original post: I could create my own account. Its easy to verify if you have the ID they are asking, problem is i don't. Specially the utility bill cause ours is not under my name.
