Mt Gox Slow to send BTC?

The fact that they are intermittently fulfilling withdrawals (at a subjectively determined rate of about 30%) leads me to believe this is in fact a technical problem and they aren't "scamming" or "insolvent." It seems quite random but withdrawals are being honored to some degree, so there is still light at the end of the tunnel.

i think now the determined wining rate is 0%, none of my 3 re-withdrawals get through today !
