Mining im privaten Rahmen kann als gelegentliche Tätigkeit gelten, die Einnahmen als Einkünfte aus sonstigen Leistungen. Bei denen kommt es darauf, wie viel man damit einnimmt: Bei bis zu 256 Euro im Kalenderjahr sind sie steuerfrei. Ansonsten greift der persönliche Einkommenssteuersatz.
