It is sad but maybe unavoidable!
The only thing that can save BTC going under 6K is a big Whale buying BTC!
Sending BTC down is easier than sending it up: Less resistance. That is why it is going down! When it goes to a 3-4K the bears will become bulls: Opinion.
If you worried move into Tether and sit it out: Suggestion Only.
2 Billion down as I typed this: It looks real ugly
Mass dump came as always when no one was waiting it =) Whales cannot save BTC if they are doing this =) Seems like we will go to 5000 for btc or even lower and 300 usd for eth or even lower, im ready for this =) |

You've got a point here, but it would be unprofitable for whales to buy BTC at this point. I think they would wait for bitcoin to crash to $4,000, buy, wait for it to go up a couple of thousands dollars and then sell making big profit. |

Yes, it is truly started but we do not have to panic at all because not everytime the market is crashing, there's a time that it will go up again and it will benefit many of us specially the hodlers.

I think that it is the end of correction. Whales know that there is lower acceptable limit for criptocurrency prices and this limit should not be reached. |

Well market is down and I guess it has to do with the Japan authority mandating some exchanges to start KYC process for their customers and guess why most people started selling off, But let's wait and see how things goes..

Yes it is so bad and red heading down to $4500 as the next support. The two serious hacking that affected the exchanges last week is the major reason this is happening. I really do not understand why the exchanges will not secure their sites that hackers can just stroll in and steal as much as they want.

i dont think bitcoin will be that low. Indeed now the market is really ugly but i think in few days it will start to recover. There is a lot of obstacle in 2018 and when cryptocurrency overcome many troubles it will indeed will make cryptocurrency more better and stronger. I hope this big market correction would onvite many new investors invest on this technology. I do read about hilton investing in crypto and selling their asset on rome. I hope many more big investors will coming. |

the cryptomarket is repeating, point to point the clues to see the end of the market. It has happened many times in the stock market. Cryptomarket is not going up. it's just increasing little value to try to say:hey the train is ready so that you buy. But then, whales will sell after 3-5% profit no matter what and crash it again. Whales and traders don't give a FUCK about your money or the market. If they crash it, they will move to another place without showing a little tear.
This market is dead. and holders will only lose more money. There is no worst investor than that that cannot see reality, and thinks all will be fine.
themarket is not only crashed. It will not recover anytime soon. Prepare yourselfs to the WORST CRASH EVER IN CRYPTO. 3k for BTC and less than 200$ for ETH.
moreover, by this time now, capitalization is AT THE VERY WORST OF TWO YEARS. Taxes, laws , regulations, end of anonimity and other bad ideas are destroying this market very fast. people are VERY VERY VERY AFRAID OF THIS MARKET AND RUNNING AWAY. Come on, you have to be very stupid to not see it.
Actually, there is little to no profit atall for miners, BUT THE DIFFICULTY IS AT THE TOP EVER!!!!!!! From my perspective, this is typical fear mongering. Right now prices are moving to their "just" value. This should have been expected. Relentless and irrational speculation couldn't last forever, though many folks here honestly and earnestly think otherwise. But that doesn't mean that crypto is of no use or without purpose of its own, and this use and purpose are not going to disappear all of a sudden, just because prices have crashed to the level of less than a year ago. As a side note, miners and their profits should be our least concern. If some of them leave (good riddance to them), difficulty will adjust in a couple of weeks and everything will be back to normal. Anyway, bitcoin is not the only pebble on the beach, and if it dies in the process (which is not very likely), so be it. Such is life and then you die. |

I was terrified when I saw that fall. very strong control over the cryptocurrency is carried out by people with huge money. they can control the course. I am sure that they will drop the price to 4 thousand dollars, which would then buy at a low price

Yes, there is no way to do that. Most bitcoins are in the hands of a few people. Any trading behavior of them will have a significant impact on the market. |

At this date last year 2017 Bitcoin was traded at $2787 level very far from the price that we had right now, the only people crying are the latecomer, I've read from one good analysis that Bitcoin could go down the $5000 level and it's possible, but as long as Bitcoin is traded at $4000 level Bitcoin is still going to be alive.

Its not the btc thats being dumped, btc isnt an option to be dumped. If you look at the market, altcoins like ETH and Eos has a higher drop percentage than btc. Not only those 2 alts that I mentioned, but there are some that was being dumped by the people recently. Btc's price is just reacting with the dumping of altcoins. The market have lost billions of dollars. For sure, the marker will recover soon , since prices are affordable already. |

Crypto is volatile and for the time being will always have wild and volatile price fluctuations. If you can not handle it out of crypto. This is not for weak hands. It's going back up, As you say, people panic and get out of the market because they find opportunities, For me, this is a long-term investment with a small amount of my money.
