Way to exchange/create digital shares/equity using bitcoins

Hi,

I was wondering, what is the recommended way to trade and issue shares for a new company/product using distributed exchange,

I knew https://btct.co/ and https://bitfunder.com/ was used to trade asic miner shares , but both have shutdown !
There are also projects like chromawallet.com based  coming up which is very interesting !

Curious to know what are other users using right now  ? Or are we still stuck with chewbacca doing escrow for us !
