Another scam is upon us "Selfdrop" people are calling this Selfdrop I don't know why, but it's different from Airdrop, this is the one that you will send 0 Ethereum to a Smart contract in exchange for a Token instantly, in reality this is a Scam they are just collecting Eth and gas only stupid people will fall for this, now they are being greedy some of them are collecting 0.001 Eth to send to a contract address in exchange for a scam token with no value no product no team and no website, whitepaper etc, I don't know why but until now too many people are still falling for this, if you read this thread you are in luck don't waste your time and Gas with these type of Scams.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

However, there are still some airdrops that transfer 0 ETH to an address that make a good profit for many people.
I think most of the time we should learn to judge the quality of this project, such as referring to the open source code of gtihub, white paper and so on.

For your peace of mind i will differentiate it to you.

This selfdrop is not scam nor the coin. But intentionally the end of this story it was a shitcoins created to make money for developers and the early investors who have a big community to shill every person to buy this coin and send 0 eth. So they were going to list that coin because of so much hype and once it was listed the price will moon and get dump faster. That's it a shitcoin that makes money form early investors and not totally scam it is a different word.

thank you for providing very important information, coincidentally I have never joined selfdrop, so I can be careful again for his future so as not to be exposed to fraud.

it's still a Scam it's like a bitconnect 2.0 the one who will make money are the developers, what will happen to the people who don't know a thing? this is why people don't trust real ICO now because of these greedy people who are using people for their own Self-interest even if they list their coin on a shit exchange this is just temporary and after few days of hype this coin will be delisted and in the end of the day the dev will always win.

It's not free you are using gas for the transaction and also wasting your time in doing that, you're just helping this greedy dev and scammers become rich, I hope this will be stopped so that they cannot scam newcomers in crypto
