Yes, but the developers will not make free distribution of tokens, they can only be purchased when the sales start. One could of course make at least a few shares before sales.

The XDNA coin is already available to trade (buy/sell) on exchange. There is no thing free. if you want to get some XDNA coins withput spending you own money, you can participate in their bounty program that will remain until 25/08/2018

Earning tokens through bounty is probably best way to earn without having to actually buying tokens, and could boost more the sales of the tokens and could work your way.

It's probably going to be that way and it's one way to promote the project here in this forum and also in social networking sites. Hopefully, there will be more people that would get to know about the platform so that the value of the coin would increased.

There are only few exchanges the offers Litecoin and Dash in trading pair. Litecoin is just usually used for transferring with low fees and dash is popular because it can be easily mined.

Such a solution as mining approaches not all users, because not everyone has a farm from video cards or asics. And it will not be possible to buy this equipment in a short time, and consequently the profit is lost, since the complexity will grow.
