I need this loan to pay some personal expenses at the end of this month, since Bitcoin's mining is not doing well, and "Banco Itau", in Brazil, closed my account and froze about 50K BRL.

My real name is Leonardo Janiszevski, I'm CEO of Hashbrasil.
in the past my company suffered with the intervention of the CVM (Brazil's Securities and Exchange Commission), which made the whole situation much more difficult.

Amount: 1.5 BTC

Interest: I pay 1.62 BTC (8%)

Days: 14 (2 weeks)

Collateral: I have around 1200 Antminer S9, around 15 Phash, I place as a guarantee 1 Phase of hashrate or 75 units of Antminer S9 with 6 months of use.
I also have several domains to use on Bitcoin sites

Address: 1J15KDYXNVE4M7QKmVy9KY691opk2ybfpq

I hope someone can help me   Smiley Smiley

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Sir, do you think it is possible for you to shut off your mining after you receive your loan?  Yes?  Then it is not valid collateral.

You willing to transfer the domains over to the lender (at your cost) while you have the loan?

No, at the moment it is not profitable to leave the equipment connected, however, shutting it down, uninstalling, removing all the cables and losing a space inside the data center can be much more expensive.
So even though the gain is minimal, at the moment I do not think about turning it off, I will just turn it off and send the person who provides the loan if I can not afford it.

Yes, I can transfer the domains to the person making the loan for me without any problem, but in the end, when I pay, I hope to have the domains for me again.

That's a great question.
Here in Brazil, we have several people who work with P2P and have their accounts frozen in this bank.

For me to be able to access the money again it will take about 10 days, which is a deadline given by the bank.

Umm, you would just redirect the coin payments to a different address.  This garbage post, catered to the ignorant, tells me you cannot be trusted.

Example:  You send me 1btc, I promise to give you access to my car.  I would take too much of a loss to sell it, so that guarantees you can keep driving it.
Reality:  I simply take away the keys.

Only a few of your domains are worth a few dollars more than registration...
