With Kittehcoin network increasing, a fork is coming in around 3.3 days since this post (9600 blocks left, 2 blocks being generated per minute)
The fork will halve the total number of coin to 25 Billion instead of 50 Billion. Rewards will halve every 100.000 blocks, and difficulty will change every 1 hour
But the most important change is the new block target, why? let's make some calcs
- Actually, a block is generated every 30sec, which means that 2880 blocks are being generated every day
- from block 131913 and beyond, the block target will be 60s, wich means that only 1440 blocks will be generated each day,
Then, the price will need to double to cover the daily expenses of mining and adjust to all the other coins!some other facts about kittehcoin that make it a good investment at this time:
