Put the job description and also the requirement that your CMO looks like. And with your payment terms, I don't think someone will bite on that offer. You're giving a term that you are the one that will benefit most but not for that position.

At least give a specific term that will be normal not only to you but also for the CMO that you will hire. No one would ever work for free and if your soft cap won't be met, your CMO won't stay. Just give assurance and viable contract.
